Amada Offers Flexible Manufacturing Systems in a variety of configurations. Each of these configurations can incroporate a number of different Amada punch presses, lasers, punch/laser combination machines, material handling systems and blanking shears. The system is self managed; therefore it spends more time per shift fabricating parts. Its approach to minimizing inventory is to provide a continous flow of material at each operation on a Just-In time basis. Running "Lights-Out" is now a reality.
