Air Blow tooling
is the new revolution in punching. Designed to handle the increased
demand due to improvements in machine productivity, whilst reducing
maintenance requirements. During operation, an oil-mist is passed
down the striker, out to the turret bore and finally on the material
just prior to punching .Lubricating the tool and turret bore minimizes
wear, prolonging tool life. In addition, heat is dissipated away
from the tooling. |
