After leading the All-India Service Team for over 25 years, I am honoured to take on a new role as the President of Amada India.

This transition will allow me to work even more closely with you, reinforcing our commitment to providing exceptional support and contributing to your business growth.

At Amada India, we always strive to provide best after sales support to all our customers which is at core of Amada’s philosophy. To enhance your service experience, we have introduced several key initiatives, including:

Digital Transformation:  Our service operations will be fully integrated into a digital platform powered by Salesforce CRM, ensuring seamless and efficient support.

IoT-Based Solutions (V-Factory):  Soon to be launched, this innovative solution will minimize machine downtime by enabling real-time issue visualization and rapid problem resolution.

Enhanced Spare Parts Availability:  By optimizing our Supply Chain Management, we aim to ensure the fastest possible delivery of spare parts.

Providing the right solution is what Amada has always believed in and we have been developing machines with “Future Technologies” that benefit our customers to produce quality products with lower per piece cost.

Let me also take this opportunity to announce that we will introduce our new Fiber Laser cutting machine soon, based on current market demands of a cost-effective solution. We will also be launching new Press Brakes and automations to meet the growing needs of India’s emerging market. We remain committed to provide the best machines & solutions keeping YOU and not US first.

Our Vocational Centre in Bangalore has trained 550 companies, 2,450 customers. We are expanding our Vocational Centre team further to provide quality education to your programmers, operators and engineers on various topics including safety.

In addition, our Bangalore Technical Centre and North Satellite Centre have been further upgraded to showcase new technologies and address your production challenges effectively.
